O-Shot
THE O-SHOT IS A NON-SURGICAL PROCEDURE USED TO TREAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Decreased libido (sex drive)
Increased sensitivity
Stress urinary incontinence (may help in about 85% of women)
Dryness (with resulting painful intercourse) from menopause or from breast cancer treatment
Decreased ability to orgasm
A tube of your own blood is drawn and spun down in a centrifuge isolating the growth factor-rich platelet-rich plasma (PRP). This PRP is then injected into the tissue of the genitalia to rejuvenate tissue, increase blood flow, improve vaginal dryness, and improve sexual function in women. The procedure itself is brief, lasting around 20 minutes after the blood draw. There is very little, if any, discomfort. This treatment is often paired with the MonaLisa laser treatment to enhance and support the results (packages are available).
YOU MAY BE A GREAT CANDIDATE FOR THE PROCEDURE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR:
Greater arousal from clitoral stimulation
Younger, smoother skin of the vulva (lips of the vagina)
A tighter introitus (vaginal opening)
Stronger orgasm
More frequent orgasm
Increased sexual desire
Increased ability to have a vaginal orgasm
Decreased pain for those with dyspareunia (painful intercourse)
Increased natural lubrication
Decreased urinary incontinence

YOUR CONSULTATION
When patients come in for their scheduled O-Shot consultation, they will be asked pertinent questions about their health and their concerns. Details about their medical history, lifestyle, and goals will need to be discussed.
The treatment process will also be discussed in detail. Patients will learn about how they can prepare for the shot and its effects. If patients have specific questions and concerns about what the O-Shot session will involve, they can bring them up during the consultation.
AFTER YOUR O-SHOT SESSION
Patients can expect some mild discomfort and bruising during the brief recovery period following the O-Shot session. Instructions regarding pelvic exercises will be provided, which patients will need to adhere to. Patients will also be told to avoid certain types of medications and supplements for a time.
Patients might also get a feeling of fullness around their genital areas for up to three days. However, they should be able to return to work or exercise immediately after the treatment.
HOW MUCH DOES THE O-SHOT COST?
The cost of the O-Shot can depend on several factors, which can be discussed during the scheduled consultation. Prices may vary based on the patient’s needs and goals.
